1. Information We Encrypt & Collect
At NS Engineering, security is our foundational layer. When you interact with our platform, purchase a license, or deploy our automation matrices, we collect the minimum necessary operational data required to execute your requests. This includes:
- Transmission Data: System IP addresses, basic browser telemetry, and authentication logs necessary to maintain matrix stability.
- Account Credentials: Securely hashed client IDs and encrypted email pathways used for access control.
- Deployment Metrics: Non-sensitive metadata regarding script execution limits to monitor server health (e.g., number of active concurrent instances).
2. Processing Protocol
Your data is strictly utilized to operate, maintain, and secure the NS automation ecosystem. We do not aggregate your operational workflows or target outputs. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Authenticate your identity within the Client Portal via AES-256 secure protocols.
- Deliver critical infrastructure updates, node deployments, and patch notifications.
- Monitor for unauthorized API abuse or anomalous bot traffic targeting our primary edge networks.
3. Third-Party Routing
We operate on a zero-knowledge architecture principle where possible. NS does not sell, lease, or rent your personal data to any external ad-networks or tracking entities. Information is only routed through our trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., Cloudflare, Stripe) strictly for processing secure payments or defending against DDoS attacks.
4. Multi-Instance Data Isolation
If you utilize our Multi-Instance Matrix Protocol (Playwright/Selenium), please note that data executed within those headless browsers remains completely isolated on your designated servers. We do not maintain access to your localized cookies, proxy configurations, or extraction pipelines unless explicitly provided during an architectural review session.
