1. Software Licensing Architecture
At NS Engineering, we distribute high-performance automation frameworks and digital access keys. Due to the non-returnable nature of proprietary digital goods and source code, all license acquisitions are generally considered final. Once an AES-256 access key is generated and utilized within our matrix, the digital asset is deemed fully delivered.
2. The 7-Day Infrastructure Guarantee
We stand by the resilience of our code. If you encounter a critical, reproducible error where the NS Core fails to initialize on a standard, unmodified Node.js or Python environment within 7 days of acquisition, and our engineering team cannot resolve the diagnostic error, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Execution Parameters
To maintain fairness and protect our intellectual property, refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:
- Target Environment Blockades: If a third-party target platform (e.g., Facebook, Cloudflare) updates its Graph API or deploys advanced anti-bot fingerprinting that temporarily blocks execution of our scraping or automation scripts.
- Technical Incapability: If your team lacks the foundational Node.js, Python, or command-line (CLI) knowledge required to properly configure and deploy the purchased infrastructure.
- Operational Abuse: If your license is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., executing DDoS attacks or malicious load testing).
- Change of Mind: General dissatisfaction unrelated to the technical performance of the delivered code.
4. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback through your credit card provider or payment gateway without first attempting to resolve the technical issue with our operations team will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the NS platform and the revocation of all associated API keys.
5. Refund Protocol Initiation
To submit a diagnostic report and formally request a refund under the 7-Day Infrastructure Guarantee, please open a secure transmission with our operations team. Include your Client ID, transaction receipt, and the relevant terminal error logs.
