2. 7-Day Technical Diagnostic Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our architecture. If you encounter a critical system bug or technical failure that prevents the software from executing in an officially supported environment, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your report, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, we request that you contact us directly at pay@nsjayeb.online. Unwarranted chargebacks are taken seriously and will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license key and API access.
