Terms of Service

1. Software License Grant

Upon valid purchase of a lifetime license, NS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our automation scripts and diagnostic utilities ("Software") for your internal business operations or personal development environments. All code, logic, and intellectual property remain with NS.

2. Operational Compliance

You agree to use the Software in full compliance with all applicable local and international laws. You specifically agree not to use our networking or browser automation tools to engage in unauthorized system access, malicious spam, or any activity strictly prohibited by our Merchant of Record.

3. Usage Restrictions & Warranties

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Software to third parties. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. NS assumes no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the execution of the Software.
