Terms of Service

1. System Architecture Licensing
By executing any scripts, accessing the Client Portal, or acquiring an NS deployment license, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with NS Engineering. We grant you a restricted, non-exclusive, and revocable license to utilize our automation frameworks (Node.js/Python based) strictly in accordance with these parameters.
2. Operational Constraints & Abuse
Our infrastructure is engineered for peak performance, but absolute control requires absolute responsibility. You agree not to:
- Deploy our Master-Slave matrices to execute unauthorized DDoS attacks or maliciously overload target servers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our secure verification modules and API bridges.
- Utilize the system for extracting sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) without explicit consent from the target network.
Violation of these constraints will result in immediate termination of your AES-256 access keys without a refund.
3. Intellectual Property Protocol
All core algorithms, Playwright/Selenium integration templates, UI/UX components, and deployment methodologies provided by NS remain the exclusive intellectual property of NS Engineering. Your acquisition of a license grants you operational rights, not ownership over the underlying architecture.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our API bridges and Client Portal. However, NS is not liable for operational downtime caused by third-party edge network failures (e.g., Cloudflare outages), changes in external Graph APIs, or improper server configurations on your end.
5. Modifications to the Matrix
We reserve the right to push forced updates or modify execution protocols to maintain system security. Critical path changes will be communicated via the Client Portal terminal logs at least 48 hours prior to deployment.
6. Communication
For licensing inquiries, API rate limit extensions, or contract reviews, please initiate a secure transmission.
